Returns Policy
As we deal with natural, consumable food products, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been delivered.
However, we will offer a replacement or refund if:
1. You receive the wrong product
2. Your order is damaged in transit
3. The product is expired or compromised on delivery
Conditions for a valid claim:
1. Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
2. Provide clear photos showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item.
3. Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
4. Issue a refund to your original payment method
5. Or offer a replacement or store credit, based on your preference.
Refunds
If refund is approved, the refund will be credited to the original payment account within 7-10 business days.
If replacement is approved, the replaced order will be delivered within 7 business days.
Actual processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours after confirmation. Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed. For canceled order, the refund will be credited to the original payment account within 7-10 business days.
